As a Retail Sales Trainer, you'll have the opportunity to travel and train extensively within your division. You will be facilitating instructor-led and Web-based training courses delivered to retail employees in order to prepare them for being the connection for our customers.

Your schedule will be based on market needs that encompass retail store visits and will require 75% travel (telecommuting the remaining 25% will be considered). Our best Sales Trainers have dynamic facilitation and presentation skills and are equally comfortable with both small and large groups. A sound knowledge of the wireless industry and retail management experience are desired in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Build strategic partnerships with field leadership and front line employees

-Coach for content and skill improvement of employees on the front line

-Facilitate effective training which incorporates traditional instructor-led training, co-facilitation, virtual classes and on-the-job-training (OJT)

-Participate as a subject-matter-expert (SME) on teams that create tools or training solutions to address and bridge gaps in knowledge, competency and skills

-Use positive reinforcement and adult learning techniques to promote learning and skill improvement

-Access reports on key sales success factors (i.e., quota, service excellence, audit scores, etc.) and make related recommendations for training or performance improvement solutions

-Develop as a professional training by completing internal and external trainer certifications
QUALIFICATIONS
* 3-5 + years of retail management exp; 2+ years of field sales training exp required
(exp must be w/in a formal training department)

* Bachelor's Degree required/successfully complete and pass background check

* Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

* Thorough understanding of Adult Learning Principles

* Ability to model values of the organization

* Talent for facilitating effective and engaging presentations in a variety of delivery formats

* Superb written and verbal communication skills

Femtocell IP Design Engineer - Dallas, TX

The positions will be a key contributor for IP based CDMA product.

Candidate will be responsible for IP Network design and will also be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the IP functionality of the product. Primary responsibilities involve, but not limited to:

product design, algorithmic network design, operator network design and Patent filings. The main output of this position requires capture customer requirements, design proposals, vendor product selection and compliance, oversee product quality, and customer presentations.
The candidate must be detailed oriented and also must have and eye for quality as the job requires taking products from infancy to commercial readiness.

Position requires being on a multi- functional team of CDMA system Design, testing, field engineering, installations and product demonstrations. Will participate in technology trials, launch and support commercial operation of a new wireless system with multiple Major Wireless Operators.

Qualifications:

Must: Experience with IP and IPSec product design and implementation.

Must: Product Dev experience and knowledge of Linux kernel, system calls and CLI

Must: Hands on experience with development stacks such as DHCP, DNS, ARP, L3 Routing tables, IP routing, VLAN, Ethernet drivers, QoS port priority

Must: Development experience with IKEv1, IKEv2, DES, 3DES, AES, EAP-AKA, IPSec NAT traversal

Must: Working experience with RADIUS authentication interface, RTP, TCP, UDP, ARP Cache, MAC address forwarding table

Must: Performed hands on activities including Firewall Rules, ACL, Cisco router/switch configuration, VLAN, static routers, port physical settings

Must: Knowledge of various IP related IETF RFCs

Must: Software development with C, C++

Should: Knowledge of SIP, MPLS, IPv6, RTCP, ROHC, SNMP

Should: Working knowledge of VoIP networks and Femto Cells is preferred

General Qualifications

Must: 5+ years relevant industry experience with BSEE or BSCS or 3+ years with MSEE or MSCS

Project Manager - Wireless Applications, Cox Communications

The Project Manager will work with New Product Development, Marketing, Customer Care and the IT teams to create and implement new products/product enhancements including support of the same. The PM will coordinate efforts between development, infrastructure engineering and operations teams to assess the impact of products and/or enhancements, and changes required to enable these products/enhancements. The PM will create, implement, monitor and close out project plans including budget creation and tracking.

The candidate will have a strong analytical and technical background in the field of software development and have demonstrated capability of understanding and implementing new technologies in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment coupled with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.

The candidate will work closely and interact directly with technical staff to identify, rationalize and document business requirement and translate them into functional specifications which detail the approach to address and resolve the business needs. Preferred candidates will have hands-on experience in successful production launches of internal and external customer facing wireless applications and be a subject matter expert in various components of wireless technology such as WAP, J2ME, SMS etc.

This is a high profile position requiring the individual to interact with business sponsors and stakeholders as well as facilitate meetings and presentations. This position requires a high level of professionalism and an excellent subjective presence.

Qualifications:
Must have outstanding interpersonal skills, as this position will interact with business sponsors frequently facilitating meetings/presentations.

5+ years experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably with one of the big four wireless carriers in the US.

Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on documentation (business use case and functional requirement documents).

Experience with documenting integration needs between internal applications.

Wireless and wireless web applications project development experience.

MUST have experience in FULL project lifecycle ¿ From Discovery to Implementation with focus on the early stages.

Demonstrate knowledge of company functioning and departmental relationships.

Create, implement, monitor and close out project plans including budgeting.

Assign and coordinate work of cross-functional team members to accomplish project goals.

Act as a liaison with various inter and intra department constituents.

Manage projects > $1 million or 1 year in duration.

5-7 years of experience managing technical projects and business analysis in a software development shop.

Manage a regional team that consists of the following core functions:

Automatic Frequency Planning (AFP), BSS Engineering, Capacity Planning, Data Engineering and TDOA.

The job duties include but are not limited to:

Frequency Planning, BSC/TCU/PCUSN dimensioning and forecasting, Radio Access Capacity planning, New technology rollouts, TDOA Administration including Network dimensioning, New deployments and KPI monitoring.

Director will play a key role in developing and managing regional markets network performance and KPI targets, serving as the subject matter experts to the local markets.

Requirements:
High level of competency in all aspects of Radio Network Design and optimization. Includes but not limited to: Antenna theory, GSM Call processing, RF propagation theory, Field based measurement systems and interpretation, understanding of GSM Radio based call statistics such as dropped calls, BER, and Handover.

The candidate must posses a strong financial understanding, be able to create and manage departmental budgets, prepare and adjudicate business cases, as well as manage large technical projects.

This candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to conceive, communicate, and implement design and operation concepts that improve the performance of the network and the efficiency of the RF teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, BSEE is preferred.

8+ years Cellular/PCS industry experience.

5+ years RF Management experience in heading a team of engineers and/or technicians.

Hands on experience with GSM technology strongly preferred.
